Job Summary
The Senior Functional Analyst SAP Demand to Supply (DTS) CoE will be responsible for IT production
support using the ServiceNow ticketing system ensuring efficient ticket flow management prompt
issue resolution and high customer satisfaction. During enhancements rollouts and continuous
improvement projects the analyst will play a key role in optimizing DTS processes within SAP ECC
environments (North America Asia & Europe) & global SAP S/4HANA environment working closely
with regional / cross-functional teams to enhance
Demand Capacity & Supply planning MRP Production order management shop floor executions
and system integration. The role also focuses on leveraging SAP Fiori apps for improved user
experience implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline procurement tasks and
driving process optimization through digitalization. The ideal candidate should have a strong
understanding of DTS processes including demand capacity and supply planning Production /
process order management Kanban process and shop floor execution within SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
Scope of Responsibilities
1. SAP DTS Solution Design & Configuration
Support DTS functional design configuration and deployment in SAP ECC & S/4HANA
environments.
o Hands-on expertise in Demand to Supply (DTS) transformation covering areas such
as Demand Planning Supply Planning Production Execution Inventory
Management and Logistics.
o Define and optimize planned orders production orders order status consumption
modes scheduling parameters demand planning capacity planning work centers
routings production versions confirmation rules and production execution
profiles.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration
Work closely with OTC PTP EWM TM and QM teams to ensure seamless integration of
supply chain and manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with SAP S/4HANA FTM/costing teams to ensure accurate cost accounting
material ledger and production variance tracking.
Partner with demand planning and production scheduling optimization teams.
Work with SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Logistics Execution (LE) teams for
efficient material movement and warehouse operations.

3. Business Process Advisory & Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement best practices in SAP S/4 HANA Demand to Supply (DTS) to
enhance efficiency and scalability.
Drive business process re-engineering initiatives to optimize production planning
procurement inventory management and logistics execution.
Analyze existing SAP S/4 HANA DTS processes and recommend enhancements to improve
manufacturing efficiency cost reduction and cycle time.
Optimize Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) capabilities to improve customer order
fulfillment and reduce backorders.
Implement SAP Fiori-based digital dashboards and real-time analytics for better visibility
into manufacturing KPIs and operational performance.
Partner with business stakeholders to define and implement continuous improvement
roadmaps for SAP S/4 HANA DTS processes.
4. Production Support & Issue Resolution
Provide support for regional SAP ECC and global S/4HANA Demand to Supply (DTS)
processes ensuring minimal business disruption.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Production Orders and Process Orders.
Support inventory management issues including batch management serial number
tracking and stock discrepancies.
Resolve integration issues between DTS and other SAP modules like OTC PTP and FTM.
Work with business users and process owners to understand recurring issues and
implement long-term fixes through root cause analysis (RCA).
Engage with SAP OSS (Support Portal) for escalated incidents ensuring timely issue
resolution from SAP experts.
Monitor and improve job scheduling IDoc processing and master data consistency to
prevent system errors and business disruptions.
5. Change Management & Documentation
Ensure all business process changes system configurations and enhancements are well-
documented and adhere to governance standards.
Manage SAP DTS-related Change Requests in SNOW and ensure proper testing &
documentation for review and approval by the global Change Advisory Board (CAB).

Assist the Test Automation team in documenting the process steps in the test scripts.
Support internal and external audits ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.
Support data migration strategies for SAP DTS rollout projects.
Ensure seamless go-live transition and Hypercare support for new implementations.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Logistics or Engineering related field or equivalent experience
required.
8 years strong hands-on work experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA Demand to Supply
global environment in a business facing role is required.
Experience as key Demand to Supply resource in multiple SAP S/4HANA global
implementations with demonstrated consulting experience in the planning and
manufacturing process areas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with remote multicultural teams.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for effective stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo drive change and lead process
improvements.
