Join a passionate team in the outdoor industry as our Amazon & ECommerce Coordinatorwhere digital savvy meets adventure spirit. Youll be the driving force behind our Amazon platform optimising listings managing inventory and boosting sales through targeted ads and toptier customer experiences. Beyond Amazon youll support our DTC and B2B ecommerce sites handling product updates merchandising and daily operations with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Platform Management
Create and optimise product listings to boost visibility conversions and brand alignment
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory accuracy across Amazon
Plan launch and optimise Amazon ad campaigns to maximise ROAS
Maintain and update Amazon Brand Stores with compelling onbrand content
Collaborate with Brand Managers on product range and promotions
Manage Amazon Vendor Services to streamline operations and solve platform issues
Produce performance reports with actionable insights to drive growth
ECommerce Platform Support (DTC & B2B)
Assist in managing daily operations of Shopify and other ecommerce sites
Oversee product lifecyclefrom setup to retirement
Support site merchandising and content creation in line with the digital calendar
Test and troubleshoot site features; support rollouts and improvements
Triage digital requests and coordinate task completion with internal team
Qualifications :
3 years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central and ecommerce platforms (Shopify a plus)
Proven success in running and optimising Amazon ad campaigns
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and large data sets
Skilled in tools like Canva or Photoshop to create engaging digital assets
Familiarity with inventory and product lifecycle management processes
Comfortable working crossfunctionally with internal teams and external partners
Highly organised detailoriented and selfmotivated
Strong communicator with a solutionsfocused creative mindset
Creative flair and a good eye for design to support brand consistency across digital touchpoints
