Job Description
We seek a creative and enthusiastic Fine Art Teacher to inspire students to explore their artistic talents. The successful candidate will develop and implement engaging lesson plans fostering technical skills and artistic expression.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach various fine art disciplines (drawing painting sculpture printmaking etc..
2. Develop and implement curriculum aligned with state and national standards.
3. Instruct students in art history theory and criticism.
4. Encourage experimentation creativity and critical thinking.
Classroom Management:
1. Maintain a safe organized and wellequipped art studio.
2. Supervise students during classes workshops and projects.
3. Manage art supplies materials and equipment.
Student Support:
1. Provide individualized guidance and feedback.
2. Foster a positive inclusive learning environment.
3. Encourage student participation in art exhibitions and competitions.
Assessment and Evaluation:
1. Develop and administer assessments to measure student progress.
2. Evaluate student artwork providing constructive feedback.
3. Maintain accurate records of student grades and progress.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with diverse artistic mediums and techniques.
2. Familiarity with art technology (digital art software etc..
3. Knowledge of art history theory and criticism.
4. Experience with art exhibitions competitions and festivals.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Fine Arts Art Education or related field.
2. Teaching certification or licensure
3. 2 years of teaching experience (preferably in fine arts).
4. Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
