Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director Business Process Architecture the Business Process Manager will assist in driving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction by supporting the optimization of business processes. You will work with crossfunctional teams to understand current processes analyze process effectiveness and support the design of future states. Your contributions will help improve efficiency quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in process discovery discussions and workshops with key stakeholders.
Support the analysis of process effectiveness and maturity using industrystandard methodologies and tools.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the design of future state processes.
Assist in developing business cases and plans to implement process enhancements.
Support process control planning discussions.
Assist in developing and maintaining business process documentation.
Ensure alignment between business processes and strategic and operational targets during process design.
Support the design and modeling of new and existing business processes using industrystandard methodologies.
Assist in change management discussions.
Provide support on process improvement initiatives across the organization.
Assist in process documentation as engaged by the business.
Work with the Business Process Management team to build out enterprise business process practices and knowledge base.
Support the establishment and maintenance of business process automation capabilities.
Advocate for business process management practices and support the establishment and management of a community of practice.
Required Experience:
13 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement.
Bachelors degree in business administration Engineering or related field.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams on process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with process modeling and analysis tools (e.g. BPMN Lean Six Sigma).
Basic knowledge of business transformation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Basic facilitation skills with experience managing conversations.
Some change management experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma BPM or other Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus.
Basic knowledge of BPMN Six Sigma APQC CMMI BIZBOK TOGAF or Gartner methodologies
