The Data & Business Intelligence team is looking for a passionate and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to help shape datadriven decisionmaking across the organisation. This role plays a key part in managing and enhancing the organisationwide Data Warehouse ensuring insightful reporting and valuable analytics that drive operational excellence in dental practices and support functions. With a focus on optimising patient care efficiency and commercial performance this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and forwardthinking environment.

Qualifications :
We welcome your application to our Business Intelligence Analyst vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI with intermediate to advanced skills in DAX for insightful data modelling and reporting.
- A track record of producing meaningful business reports ideally within healthcare clinical or multisite environments helping teams make informed decisions.
- A creative approach to data visualisation with experience in tools like Power BI Microsoft SSRS Google Data Studio or Tableau turning complex data into clear impactful insights.
- Solid understanding of SQL and handson experience working within data warehouse environments ensuring structured and reliable data management.
- Knowledge of database design principles and data governance best practices contributing to the integrity and accessibility of key business information.
- A strong commercial mindset with a deep appreciation for how data drives patient care clinic performance and business success.

We offer a fully remote or hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home and our support office in London. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office with full flexibility around the days that work best for you and the rest working from home. Our office is conveniently located 5 10 minute walk from Kings Cross train station.
