Job Description
Provides business analysis support for capital planning requirements gathering and process improvement initiatives. Supports CIF development cost-benefit analysis and stakeholder coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities

Support capital investment planning and CIF request development

Conduct business process analysis and improvement recommendations

Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements

Perform cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects and upgrades

Coordinate with stakeholders to understand operational needs

Develop business cases and justification documentation

Support project planning and resource estimation activities
-
Analyze operational metrics and performance indicators
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Systems Analysis or related field.
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience
-
3 years in federal government or healthcare environments

Experience with capital planning and budgeting processes
-
Knowledge of project management methodologies

Understanding of facility operations and maintenance
Certifications:
-
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) desired
-
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Experience with requirements gathering and analysis
