Job Description
- Support capital investment planning and CIF request development
- Conduct business process analysis and improvement recommendations
- Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects and upgrades
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand operational needs
- Develop business cases and justification documentation
- Support project planning and resource estimation activities
- Analyze operational metrics and performance indicators
- Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience
- 3 years in federal government or healthcare environments
- Experience with capital planning and budgeting processes
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Understanding of facility operations and maintenance
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) desired
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience with requirements gathering and analysis
- Knowledge of federal budgeting and acquisition processes
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques
