Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technical possibilities and gather user requirements for the development of system customizations such as workflows and interfaces
- Perform troubleshooting and general support to users ensuring smooth system operation
- Perform general system administration tasks including
- Monitor system status including queues and log files
- Perform system upgrades and validation
- Troubleshoot performance issues bugs and user errors
- Analyze and optimize system performance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user trainings
Qualifications :
- Education in Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Expierence with Java
- Experience with REST Databases (SQL) Tools (Eclipse/IntelliJ Git Maven Ant) CI/CD (JUnit Jenkins Github Actions) is a plus
- Ideally relevant industry and process experience with Windchill PLM or any other PTC product (MPMLink Creo and ThingWorx)
- Proficiency in English
- Team player with good communication skills
- Creativity logical and structured thinking and a passion for technical solutions
