Title: Program Analyst IHS & Amflex
Location: Bangalore
Essential Functions
The person will be responsible for managing Driver experience safety and insurance charters under the IHS & Amflex program. He/She will also work with stakeholder teams to identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of processes.
The job requires a person who is good in excel has good analytical and deep dive skills to analyze data and generate actionable insights. The person will need to work across crossfunctional teams in IN and WW for program updates and benchmarking purposes. The person will be responsible for executing programs for both Flex and IHS. The person should also have good oral/written communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
The person will be responsible for managing Driver experience safety and insurance charters under the IHS & Amflex program.
Responsible for executing programs across cross functional teams and geos
Deep dive in data related to DPIX Safety and insurance and generate actionable insights
Bachelors degree
Speak write and read fluently in English
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience in an operational role
Basic knowledge of SQL
