Job Summary:

Our Carrier Credentialing Associate provides general administrative support to internal initiatives tied to automation quality control of data associated with automation testing and aiding in the development of automation. This role will work within our Regulatory Affairs team and is a hybrid work schedule out of our Studio Park office location in Grand Rapids MI.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze data for accuracy;

  • Organize and identify data into one central location;

  • Testing and development for AI initiatives;

  • Troubleshoot workflows built in AI and report issues;

  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously proactively and followsthrough on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures;

  • Maintains confidences and protects operations by maintaining a high degree of confidentiality with all sensitive information and assigned tasks;

  • Maintains daytoday regulatory documents in an organized and timely fashion at the direction of the team;

  • Maintains current knowledge of team responsibilities and is cognizant of the teams function by supporting the success of the team through effective and accurate administrative assistance;

  • Maintains a broad awareness of the roles of the immediate team members and work function; and

  • Other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members;

  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork high motivation positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives;

  • Selfmotivated and driven;

  • Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines;

  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication including the ability actively listen and problem solve with minimal assistance;

  • Demonstrate strong proofreading skills;

  • Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills;

  • Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy;

  • The ability to multitask prioritize work independently and use discretion surrounding sensitive information; and

  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude;

Education/Experience:

  • Associates Degree or the recognized equivalent of education and experience is required

  • Minimum of 2 years of general office experience required including at least one year in customer service role and/or administrative role

  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite Adobe and internet experience is required

  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment is required
