Position Summary
As an integral member of the interprofessional team the Personal Support Worker (PSW) acts as a clinical resource for the interprofessional teams and is expected to maintain a collaborative and active working relationship with team members in the provision of patient care. The PSW will be reporting to the Program Service Manager.
Reactivation Care Centre (RCC) at Buttonwood is a 30 bed unit which aims to improve restoration to help patients maintain social cognitive and physical functioning by leveraging patientspecific goalbased service planning. Patients serviced by the RCC do not require acute care but need to engage in activities to improve their function and independence provided less active medical management and more therapy and activity.
