We are looking for an operations professional to support the mobilization and onboarding of Consultants across regions. In this role you will be responsible for onboarding the Consultants. You will also provide global mobility support assisting Consultants with work passes relocation and travel arrangements. Additionally you ll handle administrative tasks manage team inboxes and coordinate preemployment requirements to ensure smooth operations.

Understanding and processing of work pass applications including renewals and dependent passes.
Ensure that the Consultant has provided all required completed forms necessary for payrolling tax filing and enrolment of insurance.
Check and arrange required due diligence including but not limited to background checks Drug & Alcohol testing OGUK medical offshorerelated training etc.
Update and maintain Consultant details in our systems.
Track employment and visa expiry dates.
Build good rapport with Consultants by providing care and quality services.
Provide global mobility services including but not limited to assisting Consultants with working rights requirements relocation to work location by sourcing flights accommodation local transport movers schooling needs etc.
Onboard new Consultants by providing them with all required documentation (clientspecific policies payroll calendar timesheets medical insurance info etc..
Liaise with Consultants regarding mobilization/demobilization flights and hotels required for business or rotation trips.
Obtain business visas as required.
Manage team mailboxes respond to client queries within the SLA and ensure emails are routed to the appropriate teams.
Perform daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the Operations team.
Register eligible Consultants to medical insurance through the online portal and deactivate accounts upon cessation of employment.
Coordinate preemployment medicals before Consultant s commencement.
Issue Certificates of Employment and other necessary letters & correspondence upon Consultant s request.
Procure safety tools and PPE as per project requirements.
Prepare Purchase Orders upon receipt of invoices from vendors for approval and forward them to Finance for payment processing.
Perform ad hoc administrative duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
