Job Description
Are you a passionate creative and dedicated teacher looking to inspire young learners We are searching for an exceptional Year 4 Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive school in Redbridge starting in September 2025! As a Year 4 Teacher You Will:
- Plan and deliver engaging dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your Year 4 class.
- Inspire a love for learning by creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support students in becoming independent learners fostering creativity and critical thinking.
- Assess student progress regularly providing feedback that encourages personal growth and development.
- Collaborate with a passionate and dedicated team to share ideas resources and best practices.
- Engage with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their childs progress and development.
- Participate in schoolwide activities staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
What Were Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with a Bachelors degree in Education or a related field and QTS or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 particularly in Year 4.
- A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and a creative approach to lesson planning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students parents and colleagues.
- Passion for inspiring young minds and helping children discover the joy of learning.
- A collaborative teamoriented mindset with a focus on inclusivity and student wellbeing.
- A commitment to personal development and best practices in education.
