Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing company in Acton MA. In this role you will be responsible for setting up programming and operating the Amada press brake to bend form and fabricate metal components according to precise specifications.

- Experience operating Amada press brakes specifically with NC9EX control systems.
- Strong knowledge of press brake tooling setup procedures and programming techniques.

Responsibilities
- Set up program and operate Amada press brake machines with NC9EX controls.
- Interpret blueprints technical drawings and work orders to determine machine setup and tooling requirements.
- Adjust machine settings to control speed material feed and path of the press brake.
- Select and install appropriate dies punches and tooling based on job specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
- Previous experience operating Amada press brakes required.
- Strong knowledge of press brake tooling and setup procedures.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Additional training or certifications in machining or manufacturing processes are a plus.
Education Requirements Credential Category
- Technical or vocational training in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
Experience Requirements
- Relevant experience in operating press brakes particularly with NC9EX controls is required.
- Proven experience in interpreting technical drawings and performing quality checks.
