The Priory Learning Trust (Somerset Business Award winner for Employer of the Year) is looking to recruit an experienced and skilled Learning Support Assistant to work at our West Huntspill Primary School Academy.
This position is a 5 days a week nonteaching role focused on supporting pupils with SEN requirements in the classroom. This will involve building strong supportive relationships with the pupil working closely with the class teacher assisting in planning and adapting learning activities.
We are a small friendly village school dedicated to improving outcomes for all children and providing firstclass pastoral and educational support for all including those that find traditional teaching environments more challenging. We are looking for an experienced empathetic compassionate and motivated member of staff who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and equal opportunities for all.

This role involves working with children on a daily basis and is therefore in regulated activity.
