- Responsible for the prompt distribution of goods to substores or operating departments
- Responsible for cleanliness hygiene and neat arrangement of the loading bay & general stores areas
- Monitor and manage inventory across all hotel departments ensuring all goods are received in line with Purchase Orders actioning any discrepancies accordingly
- Coordinate timely deliveries and maintain stock levels
- Keep clear and accurate records of all stock movements
- Ensure compliance with policies procedures and safety standards for stores
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 1 year previous experience as a stores officer or related position preferably in the Hospitality industry
- Sound knowledge and understanding of stores and logistics processes policies and systems
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings weekends and public holidays
- Must have valid Australian Working Rights.
