Job Description
Antivirus Support Specialist
- Deliver superior customer service for antivirus software handling inquiries about accounts subscriptions and technical issues via phone and remote sessions.
Problem Solver
- Assist customers with product purchases renewals refunds and accountrelated issuesensuring smooth highquality service.
Technical Expertise
- Guide users through the installation reinstallation and troubleshooting of antivirus software to ensure optimal functionality and security.
Qualifications :
Who Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (B2H/C1 level)
- Good English skills (B2 level)
- Customer service experience is a strong advantage
- Basic PC technical knowledge and multitasking skills
- Strong communication & relationshipbuilding abilities

- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple clear manner
