Job Description

Were growing our team in Germany and are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join the Pendo team in Munich! Pendos customer base includes large wellknown companies like Verizon Morgan Stanley LabCorp OpenTable Okta Salesforce and Zendesk and were looking for an experienced Enterprise seller to join to add to our amazing portfolio of customers across DACH.

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and closing enterprise sales deals with some of the largest Brands & Enterprise businesses across the DACH region supported by in region marketing and sales engineering. Reporting into the RVP Enterprise Sales DACH theyll be an individual contributor with a strong network of contacts across the Enterprise landscape in Germany and the wider DACH Region.

To become our Senior Sales Manager youll be a strong new business specialist with strong Pipeline Generation focus and the ability to build your strategies and sales activities pitching and closing enterprise sales deals with CEO CTO VP of Product MD and CTO level stakeholders .

Role Responsibilities will include:

  • Work fullcycle deals throughout the sales process from initial prospecting through to closing.
  • Research and prospect into target Enterprise companies using various prospecting tools
  • Build and manage a territory plan and strategy across your targetted customer accounts
  • Learn and demonstrate the Pendo platform to new and prospective customers
  • Partner closing with Sales Engineering Marketing Product and CS teams to drive revenue and relationships internally and externally
  • Navigate prospective customers through trials and proof of concepts as and when needed
  • Contract and pricing negotiation alongside deal desk and sales operations teams
  • Be an integral part of Pendos Sales team and help to drive culture and happiness for Pendo colleagues and partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years or more of Enterprise sales success preferably in an entrepreneurial SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in closing deal sizes 100k$1m ARR
  • Consistent track record of hitting goal and $ numbers
  • The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
  • Ability to work team based complex sales cycles involving and leveraging Pendo Execs Experts and Partners always ensuring we have customer success as our priority.
  • Fluency in German & English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MEDDPICC and/Force Management Methodology preferred
  • Willingness to learn in a highpaced sales environment
  • Technical or Product Management background
  • Past SDR/BDR or Strong PG background
