Director Adult Social Care
As Director of Adult Social Care you will lead with vision and drive excellence to deliver highquality services that make a real difference to peoples lives.
This is a key leadership role for an experienced and dynamic professional with expertise in adult care safeguarding and housing. You will be responsible for performance and quality assurance using data and evidence to deliver continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes.

Developing your workforce managing performance and supporting thriving communities will be central to your role ensuring the best possible outcomes for the people of Wiltshire.
