About the Team:
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join the Tenancy Sustainment and Support service in supporting clients to sustain their own tenancies. This is an ideal role for someone who has a passion to make a difference and help individuals to remain in their accommodation.
You will be responsible for managing large and varied caseloads of often vulnerable customers who are at risk of losing their homes. You will liaise with various departments to resolve complex housing issues.
As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer you will show understanding of landlords responsibilities and obligations have the ability to prioritise workloads motivate people to engage and work flexibly with a can do attitude coupled with a friendly and teamplayer approach.
About the Role:
Private Sector Solutions are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Lettings Officer joining the team in successful delivery of an effective customer focussed support services for households in housing needs.
The successful candidate will need to be highly organised and innovative in successfully promoting and marketing key private sector schemes to the landlords lettings agents and developers ensuring access to good quality affordable private rented accommodation.
Postholder will be responsible with the service manager for strategic and developmental areas such as larger portfolio negotiations managing the landlord forum and best practice accreditations. Successful candidate will also be responsible for line management and development of trainee Lettings Negotiators to enable them to reach the standard required of experienced negotiator.
Postholder will be required to meet targets relating to the procurement of good quality private rented sector accommodation from landlords and lettings agents demonstrating best practice in the sector and delivering economic and efficient service.
