With year on year revenue growth of 100 they do not plan on slowing down which is why theyre looking to expand their Sales Team which is where you could come in
Benefits:
- Basic salary of 25000 which is well above average for similar roles
- You can expect to earn between 510000 in commission in year 1 however this is uncapped
- Onboarding directly from the Sales Manager as well as weekly 121s and weekly team training sessions
- Lunchtime finish on Fridays!

The Role:
- Attain a thorough knowledge of the business itself the recruitment industry and their clients the aim is to become a market expert
- Create a pipeline of new business through cold calling using LinkedIn sending videos using social media and almost any channel that suits you and your market
- Book in demonstrations for the Account Executives with the aim of you getting into that position in 1218 months
The Ideal Candidate:
- Educated to degree level
- Experience or exposure to the recruitment industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and driven (want to hit targets and progress)
- Confident as they want outgoing personalities not robots!
- The want to become a super successful sales professional
