What will you do
Join the innovative team at Projective Group Belgium where your role as a mediator project manager will be pivotal in steering our clients toward achieving their strategic aspirations. Youll offer impactful advice and handson support blending conceptual thought with tangible aid to drive projects to success.
Your key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the management of comprehensive change programs.
- Grasp and align with the strategic direction and objectives of our clients.
- Foster crossdepartmental collaboration to establish and meet realistic operational goals and timelines.
- Document processes thoroughly oversee project progress and generate detailed status reports.
- Analyse document and interpret business needs into viable technological solutions and technical architectures.
- Champion the integration of cuttingedge technologies while ensuring conformity with industry standards.
- Advocate for operational consistency gauge progress against objectives and actively participate in client engagements and strategic planning sessions.
- Devise and refine procedures and controls catering to user requirements and functional specifications to enhance efficiency.
- Craft highcalibre presentations and reports to succinctly convey project outcomes.
Job requirements
Your profile
- a minimum of 5 years experience in digital/business transformation consultancy.
- A track record of leading transformation projects within strict deadlines.
- Deeprooted expertise in the financial services sector.
- Stellar client engagement skills with an aptitude for nurturing client relationships.
- An entrepreneurial spirit complemented by superior relationshipbuilding capabilities.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative settings.
- A proactive handson approach with a dynamic attitude.
- Excellent organizational timemanagement leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient analytical and problemsolving talents.
- Fluent in English and (near) native in Dutch or French.
Please note that relocation support to Belgium is not available this role cannot accommodate fully remote work and we cannot support working visa procedures.
