Your talents: Is it you were looking for

Curious driven and ready to make AI or data practical Were looking for someone who wants to bring AI to life in a realworld setting. Heres what were looking for:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in data computer science AI or equivalent.

• A growth mindset: Yes we start with this one. Because you cant know everything already. Curiosity and willingness to learn is what matters most.

• A solid foundation in data AI computer science or research and familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI SQL

• Advanced knowledge of Python and a solid understanding of statistics is a must and if you know your way around machine learning generative AI Computer vision robotics or data analysis thats a plus.

• Multilingualism: Were looking for candidates who are fluent in either Dutch or French and have an A2 level in the other with a willingness to improve. Why Because communicating with your colleagues will be key for your challenges. The Ormit Talent training sessions are in English.

• An empathic inspirator and problem solver: You need to be cool with working solo when needed but also thrive in collabs across departments. You dont just have technical skills but can also connect with others and inspire them to embrace AI and data.
