Join a wellestablished property management group with 25 years in the real estate industry as their Assistant Controller. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of AP AR GL and cash management
- Utilize Avid Exchange for automated audit inspection and correction processes
- Reconcile leases to recapture rent for commercial and residential properties
- Prepare and review financial statements bank reconciliations and other financial reports
- Eventually oversee cash management activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- CPA preferred with background in public accounting (required)
- Experience in real estate accounting (required)
- Proficiency in Avid GL GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Selfstarter with thorough proactive approach to problemsolving
