Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Complaints Officer to support the customer complaints and statutory enquiry service within the Asset Management & Repairs Services section. This includes handling Freedom of Information (FOI) and Data Protection requests (DPRs) and supporting service improvement efforts.
