Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual meritincrease program and we are targeting a salary range of $83313 $121970 based on your level of skills qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program which offers a cash bonus targeting 7 of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees can enroll in our companys 401k plan which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5 of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition after being employed for six months eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year providing a total of 88 holiday hours

You will support team members efforts to identify mining prospects address potential internal land use conflicts negotiate exploration agreements and leases coordinate activities with business partners and internal stakeholders and monitor and enforce agreement compliance.
Incumbent must demonstrate good analytical computer communication (written and oral) and people skills. Will be responsible for carrying out a full workload associated with ongoing and often complex projects but will continue to work with Mineral managers on complex assignments where the incumbent may be expected to take a project management role.
Travel of 3050 will be required predominately in the SE US and based in a home office of Sandy Springs GA. Company vehicle provided.
Moderate ArcGIS skills preferred as responsibilities will involve working with spatial data to be incorporated into licensed software platforms.
Position reports to Director Minerals.
