Salary Range: P18500 P23500 monthly

Scope & Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with technical issues and concerns related to their use of the product and/or service.
- Document callrelated information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Maintain and update customer information as needed.
- Upsell existing customers on new or enhanced services.
- Maintains a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- At least high school diploma or GED.
- Strong computer navigational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional listening and comprehension abilities.
- Customeroriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous technical support experience is a plus.
