Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Luxury Travel Agent to join our growing this role you will assist clients in booking high-end villas and private residences in premier destinations worldwide. Youll support the coordination of property availability guest preferences concierge services and personalized travel planning all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting and booking luxury villas based on destination group size amenities and travel goals.
- Provide detailed information availability and pricing.
- Coordinate logistics including airport transfers private chefs housekeeping and in-villa experiences.
- Communicate professionally with clients to confirm all arrangements.
- Prepare itineraries and pre-arrival information.
- Stay informed on luxury destinations seasonal trends and new property listings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality real estate tourism or business preferred.
Passion for luxury travel private accommodations and high-end service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn booking software and client management systems.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Previous experience in customer service real estate travel planning or hospitality.
Familiarity with luxury destinations (e.g. St. Barts Ibiza Tuscany Maldives Aspen).
Personal experience with villa rentals or private travel.
Multilingual abilities or international travel experience is a plus.
