Our hotel offers nearly 20000 sq. ft. of event space in downtown Sioux Falls onsite dining a coffee shop and a fitness center.

Cascata Italian Cuisine features traditional family recipes where you can enjoy a family meal with your friends and family. Savor our chefs specialty dishes or enjoy a lite bite with your favorite wine or spirits. Cascata Italian Cuisine is open for breakfast lunch and dinner.
What will I be doing
As a Server you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate pointofsale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is wellstocked at all times
