Staff Nurse (RGN) Night Shifts
2022 per hour 3344 hours per week
Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 Sponsorship
Our client a leading provider of highquality care for older adults is currently seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN) to join their team for night shifts in a purposebuilt luxury care home. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values personcentred care clinical excellence and a supportive working environment.
Nestled in a peaceful yet accessible location this modern care home is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort dignity and outstanding care for its residents.
What Were Looking For
- A valid NMC pin and registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- A kind professional and proactive approach to nursing care
- Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
- Previous experience in elderly care is advantageous but not essential

Key Responsibilities
- Provide highquality nursing care to older adults ensuring physical emotional and social needs are met
- Administer medications update care plans and support residents with complex needs
- Lead the care team during night shifts ensuring best practices are followed
- Act as a key contact for families and external professionals when required
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive team environment
