Job Description
Our client a Leading Market Making firm is looking to hire a Senior System Engineer to join their team. Working on the latest technology and tooling to optimize the firms efficiencies and capabilities.
Summary:
- Optimize company cloud infrastructure architecture to achieve best network performance for the trading systems
- Provide technical support (Linux systems)
- Problem solving network or Linux related challenges
- Participate in infrastructure architecture design and planning
Required skill set
- 8 years working experience in a Linux production support and cloud environment
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or other technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience using Terraform Bash and Python.
- Good communication skills
- Experience in writing clear concise and comprehensive documentation for knowledge transfer
