Job Description
Were looking for an experienced FIX Onboarding & Support Engineer to join and support our client a leading global investment bank. Its an onsite consulting opportunity based in Hong Kong to work with a regional team supporting anything from implementing new customers through to helping existing clients FIX connections to other Asian regions.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Youll be working with mixed asset classes covering equities futures and options providing creative solutions and putting client experience at the forefront.
- Work closely with clients vendors and trading desk to ensure connectivity is is maintained and robust
- Communicate client needs and find solutions at L1 and L2.
Skills & Requirements:
- 5 years experience in FIX
- Good production knowledge in equities/ derivatives
- Strong Linux/Unix experience
- Perl scripting as well as SQL
- Experience in TCP/IP
- Good communications skills in English
