Language: Japanese (C2 level required)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 02:00 13:00

Job Overview:
Join a global leader in customer and tech support services! Were looking for a Japanese-speaking Technical Support Specialist to assist users of a well-known tech brand. Youll provide troubleshooting guidance and solutions via phone chat and email from the comfort of your home or our modern office in Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical assistance to Japanese-speaking customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese (C2) both written and spoken
- Strong command of English (for internal communication)
- Prior experience in IT support or a technical helpdesk is a plus
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Eligible to work in Greece
