What You Will Be Doing
Providing support alongside the team to the client in all aspects of office facilities management.
Implementing and monitoring routine tasks and ensuring timely completion of reactive works including appropriate escalations.
Managing and updating preventative maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Responding to reactive maintenance requests and service escalations with technical insights and approvals.
Addressing and following through on client queries while coordinating vendor partners for maintenance work delivery.
Collaborating with Asset Management Health Safety Security and Environment teams to ensure compliance with Australian standards.
Assisting with contractual reporting and consolidating compliance and critical incident reports.
About You
Experience working in a corporate office environment where the client is a tenant.
Proven ability to meet client needs within agreed timelines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
A proactive solutionoriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
