Kintura is Hiring: Medical Billing / Accounts Receivable Specialist
FullTime First Shift InOffice with Day Travel (Company Vehicle for Travel Provided)
Reports To: Controller

Were looking for an organized detailoriented numbers person with a passion for helping others. As a Medical Billing / Accounts Receivable Specialist you will play a critical role in supporting our billing operations ensuring accuracy in resident accounts and contributing to the financial wellbeing of the organization.

Perform monthly private pay billing for residents
Record all paper payments accurately
Process private pay refunds
Conduct endofmonth closing procedures related to accounts receivable
Follow up and collect on slowpaying accounts
Code invoices related to private pay billing
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and financial information
Provide billing support across all Kintura locations
High school diploma required
35 years of billing experience preferred
Experience with Point Click Care and Full Count software preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of accounting practices and solid mathematical ability
Strong computer research and analytical skills
Genuine interest in working with older adults
Positive outlook and customerfocused attitude
Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
Flexibility to manage a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication patience and customer service skills
Minimal travel required (within NC during business hours using a company vehicle)
