Amazon Pharmacy is seeking an experienced business developer to establish and manage critical relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturer services providers (Hubs) and pharmaceutical manufacturers. This position will manage strategic opportunities and partnerships on behalf of Amazon Pharmacy to drive growth and foster patientcentric initiatives for manufacturer partners. The Business Developer will be instrumental in fostering new pharmacy relationships with Hubs and manufacturers that desire innovation and an easy customer experience. This role will be responsible for attracting and winning new business partners.
This role will support and execute on the Amazon Pharmacy vision by driving the growth and profitability of the business. Within the first year this individual contributor will grow business by establishing business relationships with Hubs and manufacturers with the goal of winning business. The business developer will manage the entire sales cycle.
The Business Developer will work with a dynamic set of pharmacy leaders across multiple departments including but not limited to Pharmacy Operations Marketing Finance Data Analytics Product and Tech.

5 years of developing negotiating and executing business agreements experience 5 years of professional or military experience Bachelors degree Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations Experience identifying negotiating and executing complex legal agreements
