Job Description

We are looking for a Building Surveyor to join our clients Estate team based on a large multi building mixed use Estate.

The role involves providing technical support to the Facilities Services Team delivering maintenance and small building projects along with developing lifecycle maintenance plans for the estate. Youll help procure and manage external contractors to ensure works are carried out to a high standard whilst communicating with stakeholders effectively to minimise disruption to building users.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and delivery of longterm maintenance projects and building works ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Manage the procurement process including tender documentation and budget control.

Provide technical expertise and advice to colleagues ensuring all projects align with statutory regulations and best practices.

Oversee contractor management project coordination and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project with minimal disruption.

Candidate Attributes:

A building surveying or construction related HND/Degree with demonstrativeexperience in a similar role

Strong leadership communication and project management skills.
