This role is key to ensuring the smooth processing of warranty claims and the availability of necessary parts for HVAC service work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filing warranty claims in a timely manner managing inventory of HVAC parts quoting aftermarket items tracking claims to identify manufacturer defects and continuously improving internal processes related to warranty claims and inventory management.
