Job Summary
Inspect diagnose repair and perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment. Perform various facilities maintenance activities.Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Establish appropriate frequency and perform regular preventive maintenance activities on all equipment in the facility as requested
- Perform timely facility/building maintenance and minor repairs and maintain a clean and safe work area
- Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections tests and repairs and work performed
- Coordinate and make recommendations on workrelated contracts and services
- Assist with outside contractors when needed for mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance
- Participate support and comply with all health safety quality and Lean initiatives and requirements

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- This position requires access to exportcontrolled technical data or is contingent upon obtaining any required export authorization from the appropriate government agency or agencies.
- When export authorization is necessary the length of time to obtain the authorization by the government is outside of the Companys control.
- Demonstrate mechanical and technical aptitude
- 35 years experience in an industrial maintenance environment or related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand perform and document preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Preferred Requirements:
- College degree or certificate in a technical area or related field
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical mechanical and related issues on machinery and equipment with a proven ability to perform timely and effective repairs.
