Position Requirements
As a Project Scheduler youll develop Proposal/Bid and Preconstruction Schedules with General Managers Business Development and the Director of Preconstruction. Youll create Construction Schedules with Project Managers Superintendents and Subcontractors visit project sites and attend coordination meetings. Youll assist in developing recovery/acceleration schedules manage biweekly schedule updates and update material delivery dates. Additionally youll support the Project Manager with Subcontractor schedule coordination and other tasks as assigned.
To qualify you need a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience basic computer skills and a thorough understanding of P6 and the construction industry.
Your day as a Project Scheduler
As a FullTime Project Scheduler at Marous Brothers Construction youll organize and manage project schedules for commercial construction endeavors. Collaborating with project managers and subcontractors youll ensure tasks are completed on time and align with goals. Your detailoriented approach will monitor progress identify delays and recommend solutions to keep projects on track. Youll maintain documentation and use software tools to streamline scheduling processes.
Regular communication with team members will uphold values and promote a cohesive work environment. Each day will present new challenges allowing you to think outside the box while ensuring seamless project .
