Our expertise in PPC traffic search engine display and email marketing has propelled us to the forefront of the lead generation industry. We have developed a customizable optimization platform allowing us to yield the highest EPCs in the industry. We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic and proactive Legal Department. This role will assist with the overall monitoring of our affiliates and clients. This includes recognizing trends and issues through the observation of complaint trends chargebacks and seeding initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:


>
Monitor & Analyze Compliance Trends

  • Identifyhighrisk partnersby analyzingconsumer complaints chargebacks lender feedback and seed results.

  • Develop and maintain aheat mapof compliance risks based on affiliate and client activities.

  • Escalate critical findings and propose remediation strategies.

> Oversee Seeding & Compliance Testing Initiatives

  • Conductdaily seeding investigationsto monitor affiliate and client advertising practices.

  • Identify and report potentialnoncompliant marketing activitiesand data security risks.

  • Work with legal and compliance leadership toremedy noncompliant practices.

> Manage ThirdParty Compliance Tools

  • Monitor and optimize thirdparty compliance platforms Integrishield Freshworks).

  • Generate and analyze reports to track compliance violations and issue resolutions.

  • Makeprocess improvement recommendationsbased on tool data.

> Support Regulatory & Internal Compliance Reviews

  • Assist with internalaudits and regulatory investigations.

  • Document and trackcorrective actionsto ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Communicate with affiliates and clients aboutcompliance expectationsand remediation steps.

Job requirements

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree required (Business Finance Marketing or a related field preferred).

Experience:

  • 12 years of experience incompliance risk management or digital marketingpreferred.

  • Familiarity withlead generation affiliate marketing or regulatory compliancea plus.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Stronganalytical skillsand ability to identify trends in data.

Excellentverbal and written communicationability to report findings clearly.

Investigative mindset withcritical thinkingto assess compliance risks.

Comfortable working withcompliance software CRMs and reporting dashboards

Ability tomanage multiple tasksin a fastpaced environment.

Certifications:

  • None are required butcompliancerelated certifications (CRCM CFE) are a plus.
