Growing law firm in West Little Rock is looking for a fulltime HR Coordinator to help us with recruiting onboarding training and payroll. If youve got HR and payroll experienceand love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes this could be a great fit for you!
What Youll Do:
Help bring in awesome new team members recruiting screening onboarding and training
Keep payroll and PTO tracking accurate and up to date
Work with leadership to make sure employees feel appreciated and supported
Pitch in wherever needed to keep HR operations smooth and people happy
What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors Degree is a plus)
At least 2 years of HR experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly professional and dependable
Comfortable working in a busy office environment
