The Role & The Team
The Senior Engagement and Resolution Specialist is responsible for providing complex case coordination specialist support and dispute resolution services to respond to and support employees through disclosures of bullying sexual harassment harassment and other harmful behaviours in the workplace.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that consistent and appropriate processes and mechanisms are in place to foster a culture of psychological safety; free of inappropriate behaviour while also facilitating early intervention and proactive responses designed to build a positive people centred culture within the organisation.
The Senior Engagement and Resolution Specialist will play an important part in supporting the organisations culture by building trust and confidence in the way harmful behaviours are responded to as well as supporting the organisation to develop and enhance capabilities that support positive culture reform.
