About the Opportunity:
Growing West Little Rock law firm is seeking a fulltime professional Legal Collections Specialist to support clients with debt recovery while navigating legal and compliance standards. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual to work in a fastpaced legal environment with significant client interaction.
Essential Job Functions:
Effectively manage and collect on a portfolio of accounts as they move through the legal process
Evaluate each customers financial situation to negotiate payment arrangements in alignment with client goals
Maintain uptodate knowledge of legal collections practices including applicable rules and procedures
Ensure strict adherence to FDCPA and other federal and state compliance regulations
Consistently meet quality and performance standards set by the firm and our clients
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years experience in collections banking or financial services
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with confidence and initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze problemsolve prioritize and multitask effectively
Proficiency in computer systems with the ability to learn new software and platforms
Must successfully pass a background check credit check and drug screening
