I am assisting with a London practice in their search for a Chartered Senior Landscape Architect. We are seeking a talented individual with over 3 years of experience post chartership for this permanent position
This role would give you the opportunity to work across exciting projects in Public sector alongside housing and residential schemes.
Responsibilities:
- Project running and leading projects from concept to completion
- Liaisingbuilding and retaining relationships with key clients
- Conducting site visits and inspections
- Produce detailed drawings and packages
- Stay updated with industry trends and generate network streams
Requirements:
- Experience using software such as Revit and Rhino is extremely beneficial however experience with other software and 3D Modelling is acceptable.
- Previous experience with leading projects from concept to completion is crucial or at least having worked in the various Design and Delivery stages of RIBA across multiple projects.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong design ability and experience to back it.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
