One of our most exclusive clients a prestigious luxury hotel set in Surrey is looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. You will take the lead in driving the hotels recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive recruitment process for any potential employees.
While you dont need experience working in Hospitality you will need experience working in recruitment inhouse or agency and have a keen interest in the world of Luxury Hospitality!
As well as this your own mode of transport due to the location of the hotel.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Recruitment Coordinator
- 28000 per annum
- Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities as the Recruitment Coordinator
- Working closely alongside the Hiring Managers to craft engaging job adverts
- Advertising current job roles on the hotels careers pages job boards and social media platforms
- Participating in a variety of job fairs to increase brand awareness
- Managing the hotels employee accommodation site
- Searching for suitable potential employees through online channels
- Carrying out telephone interviews with potential employee candidates and forwarding them to Hiring Managers
