Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee clinical programs ensuring the highest standards of medical care and operational excellence.
- Develop implement and monitor clinical policies protocols and best practice guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations accreditation standards and ethical practices.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align clinical initiatives with organizational goals.
- Participate in recruitment credentialing and ongoing evaluation of medical staff as applicable.
- Analyze and improve clinical outcomes quality metrics patient safety initiatives and care coordination processes.
- Serve as a key liaison with external agencies regulatory bodies and community partners.
- Provide direct patient care and act as a clinical resource.
- Champion continuing medical education professional development and evidencebased practice among clinical staff.
- Support the development and management of budgets related to clinical operations.
- Perform other clinical duties as required.
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Arizona Medical Board Certification.
- Active unrestricted medical license in Arizona.
- Minimum of 7 years of clinical practice experience.
- Experience in healthcare administration managed care or valuebased care models is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (CMS Joint Commission etc. quality improvement and clinical operations.
- Primarily officebased with occasional travel to clinical sites. Some evening or weekend work may be required to meet organizational needs
