Job Title: Senior IBM ACE Developer
Job Summary:
A career in our Managed Services team offers the opportunity to collaborate across various teams to help clients implement and operate new capabilities achieve operational efficiencies and harness the power of technology. As a Senior IBM ACE Developer you will lead integration efforts by designing secure scalable message flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE). You will also provide technical mentorship and ensure best practices in integration architecture and performance.
Minimum Degree Required (BQ):
Bachelors Degree
Degree Preferred:
Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering or a related field
Required Field(s) of Study (BQ):
N/A
Preferred Field(s) of Study:
Software Engineering Computer Science or related discipline
Minimum Year(s) of Experience (BQ):
Minimum of 5 years in IBM ACE/IIB development
Certification(s) Preferred:
IBM Integration Architect
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and architect integration projects using IBM ACE
Develop secure scalable message flows and data transformation logic
Integrate APIs web services and databases
Perform debugging performance tuning and solution optimization
Provide mentorship to junior developers and team members
Engage with stakeholders and ensure alignment of solutions with business needs
Document architecture and integration flows
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in IBM ACE/IIB ESQL and message flow development
Experience with API/web service integration and database connectivity
Strong focus on integration security and data transformation
Proven debugging and performance tuning skills
Project leadership and mentoring experience
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Experience with API management platforms
Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps tools
Agile/Scrum methodology experience
