Responsible for all aspects of the office planning and administrative functions for the Universal Creative team. This includes the Team Member Change and Onboarding process Facility Maintenance and Planning and Team Member relocations for both domestic and international Universal Creative projects and departments. Universal Creative has multiple work locations ranging from warehouses single and multiplex trailer sites and large office buildings stretched all over the city of Orlando. These work locations are setup to support a complex project environment with constant change in occupancy and requiring persistent facilities management and maintenance. This Team Member is also in charge of documenting and maintaining SOPs around Facilities Management and responsible for the overall operation and wellbeing of the UPR team members both onsite and offproperty insuring an efficient working atmosphere for the Universal Creative staff.
Knowledge of basic floor planning skills the ability to read interpret and modify architectural drawings building maintenance and operation and office FF&E is required. Must have ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and be fully knowledgeable of current regulations pertaining to Facilities. High degree of tact is required and ability to partner with numerous departments across the business is critical. Good communications skills and ability to speak appropriately at all levels of the organization. Comfort and skill in communicating and influencing senior executive level to include the president.
Bachelors degree required Masters degree preferred.
10 years of relevant job experience required 57 years supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
