What youll do:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new clients while maintaining a healthy balance across industries.

  • Schedule presentations gather client details and create pricing proposals for recruitment projects.
  • Communicate professionally with confidence and a polished demeanor in every interaction.

What were looking for:

  • 2 years of B2B experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • A natural talent for spotting opportunities and crafting personalized outreach.
  • Familiarity with B2B tools for pipelinebuilding.
  • Strong communication skills a professional presence and a confident yet approachable personality.
  • Experience in recruiting or B2B sales is a big plus as is having a solid professional network.

What youll get:

  • Base Salary: $40000 per year.
  • Commission: A tiered structure that could take your earnings to $200000 annually with 2.55 commission on revenue from new clients based on performance.
