Job Description
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Design HCI Psychology or a related field.
10 years of experience in UX design with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
Advanced proficiency in design tools and a strong understanding of design systems.
Experience in setting design strategy and influencing senior leadership.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to drive innovation and strategic design initiatives.
Typical Role Responsibilities:
Shape the overall user experience strategy for enterprise software products.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define product roadmaps and strategic goals.
Lead design projects that require complex problemsolving and innovative solutions.
Mentor and guide senior UX designers fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Represent the UX team in highlevel meetings with executive stakeholders and clients.
Examples of Work:
Leading the design of a multiplatform enterprise product ensuring a cohesive user experience.
Defining and implementing a strategic design framework for a suite of business applications.
Collaborating with senior leadership to drive innovation and incorporate emerging technologies into product design.
